Breathwork Sessions: Work With Me

What is Breathwork?

We all breathe every day, but breathwork is about breathing with intention and awareness. It’s a gentle way to create space inside your body and mind, to help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.


When your mind is stuck in overthinking or anxiety, breathwork helps you shift from that mental noise into your body’s natural wisdom. It creates a safe place for your nervous system to finally relax and for old stress, trauma, or tension to gently release.


Breathwork supports healing from:

  • Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
  • Trauma and emotions stuck beneath the surface
  • Physical tension and holding patterns
  • Difficult habits or cycles you want to break
     

Whether in a group or one-on-one, my goal is always the same: to offer a compassionate, safe space where you can explore your inner world at your own pace, no pressure, just presence.

How can a breathwork session support you?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, breathwork can offer a gentle way to come back home, to your body, your mind, and your heart.


In both 1:1 and group sessions, breathwork helps you:

  • Find calm when anxiety or stress feels too much
  • Begin to release emotions and tension you’ve been holding inside
  • Create space to feel and process difficult experiences, without pressure
  • Boost your energy and improve focus, so you can move through your day with more ease
  • Supports your sleep
     

Breathwork isn’t about pushing or fixing, it’s about giving yourself permission to slow down, breathe, and reconnect on your own terms.

Group Breathwork Sessions

In our group breathwork sessions, you’ll find a safe, supportive space to slow down and come back to your body. We begin with a gentle grounding meditation to help quiet your mind and settle your nervous system.


I’ll guide you through the breathwork practice, holding space for you just like in a private session, so you’re fully supported the entire time. We set simple intentions and create room for whatever comes up, without pressure or expectation.


At the end, I share easy tips to help you bring the calm and clarity from the session into your everyday life.


My goal is simple: to help you feel safe, seen, and held as you turn inward and experience the healing power of somatic breathwork, together with others on the same journey.

1:1 Somatic Breathwork Sessions

These sessions are all about you, where you are right now, in your body and your life. It’s a safe, gentle space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface and move through it together, at a pace that feels right for you.


While group sessions offer connection and community, 1:1 breathwork lets us tailor everything to your unique needs, giving you the space to go deeper and feel truly supported on your healing journey.


This personalised approach creates room for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a reconnection to the wisdom your body holds.
