About

My Story

For most of my life, I was stuck in my head, constantly trying to figure everything out and overthinking every little detail. I always felt anxious, my sleep was a mess, and I was living a life that wasn't rooted in what I truly wanted, all while suppressing so much trauma I didn’t even fully understand. I had done talk therapy after experiencing childhood trauma, but my health was still struggling deeply, both emotionally and physically. Something felt just out of reach. My body held stories that my mind couldn’t quite tell or didn’t know how to listen to, highlighting the need for nervous system regulation.


When I discovered somatic breathwork, honestly, I thought, “What’s the point? We breathe all the time, right?” It felt a bit strange at first, and I wasn’t sure it would help. But little did I know that this decision, along with the people I would meet through this trauma-informed healing modality, would slowly help me transform my life.


Each session shifted something inside me. Somatic breathwork became a way to finally find safety within myself, reconnect with the wisdom my body holds, and realise that where I had come from was absolutely not where I had to stay. Most importantly, it provided me a space where I felt unconditionally safe, seen, and held. That supportive environment helped me learn how to offer that same care and compassion to myself.

What I believe about healing

Healing isn’t about pushing harder or trying to fix what feels broken. It’s about creating a safe space where your nervous system can finally exhale and soften. A space where your body is allowed to finish what it never got to, always moving at the pace you’re ready for.


Your body is incredibly wise, it only brings up what you can handle. My work is deeply trauma-informed and grounded in the belief that your body knows how to heal. 

Sometimes, all it needs is permission and safety, something practices like somatic breathwork can help provide.

What to expect when we work together

When we come together, my priority is to create a safe, gentle space where you can show up exactly as you are, no pressure, no expectations. I’m here to support you in tuning into your body, finding your own rhythm, and beginning to settle your nervous system through somatic breathwork.


This work helps you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with the person underneath the stress, tension, and overwhelm. Whether it’s a private session or a group experience, I’m here to listen, hold space, and walk alongside you on your healing journey, always moving at a pace that feels right for you.

 

I admire the courage and strength it takes to even consider this work, perhaps it's in the discomfort where growth begins.
